Trail Moms Coaching is designed for women who thrive on being active, but have a hard time finding the time and energy.

What we offer:

Postpartum Coaching

One-on-one online coaching for a mom with kids of any age who is ready to find her sense of self. These sessions will be guided by the needs of each individual client and focused towards her goals.

30-45 minute online coaching sessions.

Trail Moms Group Coaching

Group coaching for women interested in outdoor sports, including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, climbing, and trail running. Addressing barriers, fears and limiting factors in getting back to your outdoor self. Finding your identity as a mom and an outdoor enthusiast.
